Those who labour among you or work hard among you. in preaching the Gospel. Joh 4:38  I sent you to reap a harvest which is not the result of your own labours. Others have laboured, and you are getting benefit from their labours." 1Co 15:10  But what I am I am by the grace of God, and His grace bestowed upon me did not prove ineffectual. But I laboured more strenuously than all the rest--yet it was not I, but God's grace working with me. {Wearisome toil.}

and are your leaders in Christian work, and are your advisers;    They are There at God's Appointment and under His Direction. They are not absolute sovereigns. They are to superintend or oversee your soul.

and are your advisers;   and warn you and admonish you. They entreat you and remind you and warn you of danger and exhort you to perform your duties.

1Th 5:13  and to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. Be at peace among yourselves.
and esteem them profoundly in love because of their work. (Shogren). Paul now intensifies his instructions: not only should they respect their leaders, but also they should hold them in the highest esteem. Unreservedly.
Paul links here their respect with the quality of their work.
1Ti 5:17  Let the Elders who perform their duties wisely and well be held worthy of double honour, especially those who labour in preaching and teaching.
1Ti 5:18  For the Scripture says, "YOU ARE NOT TO MUZZLE THE OX WHILE IT IS TREADING OUT THE GRAIN;" and the workman deserves his pay.
1Ti 5:19  Never entertain an accusation against an Elder except on the evidence of two of three witnesses.
There may have been a need in Thessaloniki for this teaching even though they had been Christians for a relatively short period.

 Be at peace among yourselves.  Live at peace with each other. Unity not conflicts and backbiting. No gossiping by loving actions.

Mar 9:50  Salt is a good thing, but if the salt should become tasteless, what will you use to give it saltness? Have salt within you and live at peace with one another."

Rom 12:17  Pay back to no man evil for evil. TAKE THOUGHT FOR WHAT IS RIGHT AND SEEMLY IN EVERY ONE'S ESTEEM.
Rom 12:18  If you can, so far as it depends on you, live at peace with all the world.
Rom 12:19  Do not be revengeful, my dear friends, but give way before anger; for it is written, "'REVENGE BELONGS TO ME: I WILL PAY BACK,' says the Lord."
Rom 12:20  On the contrary, therefore, IF YOUR ENEMY IS HUNGRY, GIVE HIM FOOD; IF HE IS THIRSTY, QUENCH HIS THIRST. FOR BY DOING THIS YOU WILL BE HEAPING BURNING COALS UPON HIS HEAD.
Rom 12:21  Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome the evil with goodness.

These are the rules for the Life in the Church.
